There are several ways we ensure the best standards of quality when we create conversion kits. We manufacture them using extruded polystyrene, or XPS. It has an extensive list of advantages which makes it our primary choice. Amongst them is its fantastic shock absorbency, its chemical inertness (making it a poor home for germs and bacteria) and its lightweight nature – which ultimately translates to better fuel efficiency for your fridge van. Meanwhile, another component of our conversion kits is GRP plastic, which we manufacture using the technique of woven roving. This increases its strength and stiffness, so it reliably and permanently bonds the insulation.

Finally, we use our highly advanced CNC machine to complete the manufacture of each one of our conversion kits. It works directly from the original CAD designs, meaning a minimum chance of human error affecting the process.

Our entire service to you, our customers, is based on convenience, quality and ease of use. As well as manufacturing our kits from scratch, we also draw up a detailed step-by-step guide for you, which we’ll hand to you when you receive your conversion kit.
