The management and staff at CoolKit would like to thank all our customers and suppliers for their support over the past year. We are taking a little break over the festive season. However, aftersales support will be available as explained below and we will be back in the office on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
During the holiday season our trading times are as follow:
Thursday 20th December – last day for customer deliveries and deliveries into CoolKit
Friday 21st December – the office will close on this day at 5pm
Wednesday 2nd January – the office will re-open on this day at 8am
Customers are welcome to contact us via our website contact form during the office closure. These messages will be safely received and a sales specialist will reply as soon as possible.
Customers are also welcome to ring our sales line 0808 252 2904 where they will be greeted by a trained telephone agent who can take the details and arrange for a sales specialist to get back to you as soon as possible.
Our mobile engineers will be available to cover breakdown support apart from the following days:
Should customers require aftersales support during the festive period simply call the free number 0800 622 6104 where you will be greeted by a trained telephone agent who has been instructed to collect as much information as possible regarding the breakdown. These messages will then be passed on to the engineer on call who will make contact with the customer directly to arrange a time to carry out the work.
If support is required outside of the North West, customers can still contact us and we will do our best to direct them to an appropriate agent.
