CoolKit is celebrating after scooping not one, but two awards recognising manufacturing excellence and innovation.

The Burnley-based business, which is an expert in temperature-controlled light commercial vehicle conversions, won the Automotive, Aerospace, and Rail Award at the Made in the North West Awards, hosted by Insider Media.

CoolKit then went on to compete against other regional category winners in the Made in the UK Awards, held in Liverpool on 29 June, walking away with the top national prize.

Made in the UK is a celebration of all that’s great about manufacturing. The event is one of the largest national manufacturing awards dinners and is attended by representatives from the UK’s most innovative and successful manufacturers.

CoolKit’s Managing Director, Daniel Miller, said of the win: “We are thrilled to have been honoured with the prestigious Automotive, Aerospace, and Rail Award for both the North West and the UK. This win wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of our valued partners, clients, suppliers and of course, our team.

“Being crowned one of the best of the best in UK manufacturing is a testament to the hard work, expertise, and collaborative spirit of every member of the CoolKit team who together ensure that we stay at the forefront of the automotive industry.

“We’ve been on an award-winning streak recently and we have no plans to stop here. We’ll be building on these accolades and continuing in our relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence for our industry.”
