Adhering to the new Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) regulations in record time

The challenge

City Dining prides itself on sourcing only the finest ingredients from artisan and accredited suppliers, with due consideration given to quality, provenance and sustainability at all times.

When the time came to source a new refrigerated vehicle that would adhere to the new Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) regulations, it was an easy decision for managing director John Davis to choose his preferred temperature controlled converters.

The solution

CoolKit delivered a new Renault Trafic refrigerated van to City Dining London just in time for the ULEZ start date.

The vehicle, offering a payload of 766Kg, had been converted to chiller specification with a GAH refrigeration unit and included high-intensity LED interior lighting, a GRP grey textured anti-slip floor surface.

The result 

The environmentally friendly vehicles support Petit Forestier’s plans for commercially viable solutions which adhere to the UK’s tightening emissions legislation, as well as showcasing the company’s approach to addressing environmental concerns within the industry.
